Question on guild names EU reboot.

My friend and I want to make a guild in EU Reboot once its released and we wonder if all names will be available since its a new realm.
Or do names have to differ from already existing guild names in the EU or even global servers?

    To my knowledge, each server has it's own guild names and they are not shared across servers.
