Change hot week to not require relog

Hot week is a nice way of giving out rewards during events but it's quite annoying to have to relog to claim the reward. Other day specific rewards do not require a relog so I'd suggest copying how those are done. (Sunny Sunday)

Please move it to the event star and have it claimed via event quest so we don't have to relog.

    Fun fact: If you already have the giftbox icon present (from Ark signup rewards for example) you only need to cc or go into CS/AH to get the new daily rewards in there.

    I absolutely agree though.
