MVP discount not being applied to 18 star?!

As the title says. It seems that the mvp discount is not being applied to items 18 star and above. It goes all the way up to 17 and suddenly disappears. I was wondering if this is intended. Especially since there have been a number of issues already with the increased StarForce count.

    Yeah, MVP discount is only up to 16★ → 17★ in KMS as well.
