I was playing act 2 and my game crashed when

I went with Alika to the forest ant we tried to stop the attack on Svarti

, when I returned to the game I was stuck in this map https://ibb.co/jOXLYo, where I can't do anything, no portals, no missions and I can't forfeit the missions and try again.
