White screen -> crash

When i play on my Ark and talk to Abariel (or something like that), after i got my 2nd job, theres a mission called "Old friend, new enemy", whenever i take it i have to beat some kind of a boss, and after i damaged it a little the game crashes. ONLY in that mission, i can do whatever else i want, exploring the world, but when doing the mission the screen turns white and it crashes.
