The prequests to enter alien map is reset

Bug type: Quests
Description: The prequests needed to enter Alien map in New Leaf City reset everyday. Yesterday, I finished the prequests and successfully enter the Alien map (i went in and out multiple times). But today, after the sever reset, I cannot enter and I have to do the The Mayor of Disaster prequests again in order to enter the Alien map.
