Cash shop crash

Since yesterday my hairstyle changed all of sudden and now i cant enter the cashshop anymore it instant crashes, i dont have this problem with any other character only with my Nightlord "Stickz"

I've read that i need to change my hairstyle to fix the crash but i already claimed my coupon sadly, hope you guys can fix this asap.
