Type: Quest can't be finished or forfeited
I killed Fembris for the quest but DCed immediately after. Upon relogging, I noticed the quest counter still said 0/1 for Fembris, but neither he nor the portal leading to his fight were there. I tried to forfeit the quest, but the game wouldn't let me.
