It's busted and uncompetitive, people who did not know about Lapis/Lazuli being capped at tier 5 and future Zeros will never be about to be as strong as some1 with the compensation flame.

For those that don't understand how hard it is to get a flame comparable to the 25% boss flame, imagine flaming a gollux item for 3+ tier 5 prime lines
