Nexon Launcher failed to load

hey ive downloaded the launcher and everything is going great untill i press the "play" button then its loading the game and after that i get a message of "Nexon Laumcher failed to load please visit the website for support . and i dont know how to fix it because i dont know what the problem is.
if anyway have had the same issue and made it work i would like some help to solve this error
