Together with Julietta chair missing

Bug type: Event Reward

Brief bug summary:

I have completed Monad Act 3 but I didn't get the Together with Julietta chair (1 hour from now before removed). Completed it a week ago, I have the Abrup Celebration Chair as proof. Tried looking in the events tab, but only misc events and ark burning showed up. What can I do?

Savior of Abrup - Medal obtained when completing the 3rd arc. Also, there's the exact day in which I got it.

Steps to reproduce:

Character name: JuniorBalrog (My name was RangedGuy when I got the medal, but changed recently)

Character level: 185

Character job: Aran

World name: Scania

Date and time of the incident: Since I completed Monad Act 3

    Since the event is over, you ought to contact support. I cannot guarantee that they can help you, but since you're stating you completed the event a week ago while the event was running it's possible.
