Override Katara at wrong layer

Bug type: Equipment, visually

Brief bug summary: Wearing the Override Katara as Dual Blader looks absolutely awful since the layer is before the character model and not behind:

Left is another Dual Blader with a katara, wearing it properly.
Right is me with the Override Katara.

Wearing another katara looks perfectly fine though:
