Shade lvl. 60

Just got to level 60 on my Shade character and the quest bubble that appears above the characters head does not seem to be allowing me to click it. Its a mandatory quest- tried opening up the quest log and clicking 'accept' through that however that did not work either..? Server Windia.

    Also did you forfeit any quests prior to this issue occurring?
