Cleaning up legendary potential pool

Please for the love of god clean it up. Spent more than 15b on an item to not even get one meso one drop. Instead I get useless lines like def, increase recovery items, reduce mp cost. And I am pretty sure the int lines are a pretty big part of the pool cause I see them every other reroll.
