Let Corsairs use Bullet Barrage in More Places

Currently Corsairs cannot use portals during Bullet Barrage, nor while swimming in places like Torrent Zone. This makes many places very annoying to train in, such as Fire Zone as you have to jump down instead of just using the portal to go back up, as well as Torrent Zone as swimming along the river while using Bullet Barrage beforehand just disables Bullet Barrage until you get out of water, which is very annoying.

Nexon pls fix.
