Anyone experienced bug with Ark Inno Scroll?

I am trying to re-scroll a fafnir staff ( previously I had used the old 10%s which gave +5 m.atk if I remember correctly) but I wanna re-scroll for 15%s spell traces while keeping my 16 star force on it.
Trying to ark inno scroll during spell trace fever and it said I cannot use the scroll on the item. Anyone have insight on this?

    I'm not sure why this is a thing, but you cannot use Ark Inno on anything that has been karmaed. If it is tradeable via karma (which it looks like this has) then it cannot be Ark Innoed. Unfortunately your only option is to equip it in order to ark inno, or move it to another char you want to use/equip. If you're trying to sell, you're kinda SOL unfortunately. =(
