Reg. Hair Coupon not working then missing

I purchased a reg. hairstyle ticket from the cash shop then when I tried using it at several different salons I was told that I didn't have a coupon when I could clearly see it in my inventory. Then it disappeared. I tried logging out and closing the game, after logging back in the coupon was still gone.
