again crashing alot with no error and lagging

I'm using a lenovo legion y530 with core i7+ (new replacement PC, same exact kind), geforce gtx and had a pretty solid internet but i just keep randomly crashing every 5-10 mins and i cant seem to figure out the issue. please help D:
update: I have tried logging numerous times since yesterday and i cant even stay logged-in. tried 3 times this morning close to the router and still wont let me stay on.
