Brief bug summary: The reward of the quest doesn't have a set effect

Steps to reproduce:
– Be a level 20 Mercedes
– Complete "Winston's Request 1"

Character level: 20+

Character job: Mercedes

More details:
After completing Mercedes' quest "Winston's Request 1", you receive a set of level 20 equip items.
The problem is that we get the wrong versions of the items, without the set effect.

For example, for a male Mercedes, I've got this item

instead of this one

Only the second item has the set effect

I guess the same goes for female Mercedes with the Green Shivermail Skirt
