Drops with time?

I made a post previous to the Ligator pouches. Now that’s happening to me with drops of “Viking helmets” where I just can’t get any (maybe killed around 200 or so?). Don’t know if there might be something with time, but when I had my previous problem with this it was past 8:30pm. When it reaches morning it’s completely fine.

(Really confused)

    Hmm, weird. I did Morass dailies fine that required quest drops (but maybe it's because it's a daily quest it isn't being affected the same way the quests you're doing are [one time]?).

    It’s ether where I live, or my pc is potatoe at this point. Since nobody is having the same problem as me
