Oddly placed NPCs

Hello!

I would like to make a request to move NPCs that completely block our characters upon spawn, please.

I have one example here specifically that is honestly stupid placement in my opinion in Chu Chu Village

I don't see any reason why a NPC would be placed infront of a spawn point in any map honestly, and it's better if it stays clear!

    Semi problem with that example is Pancho is a coupled with Dame Appropriation, so that's probably why he ended up there. =l
