Cant go back to Noxious Grotto

So I'm doing "The End of Nelph" epic quest and at stage 13 you have to chase the masked figure. While i was doing this i was disconnected and taken to the main menu. Upon going back into the game i cant go back into the noxious grotto to chase the masked figure and so the story is stuck. please help!
