Luminous - Can't Start Augury Quests

So I'm having a problem with my Luminous character. I'm level 160 now, and trying to go through the Temple of Time, and I now need to visit Lania to progress further in the temple. However, I never did any of the Augury quests because I can't even complete my lvl 30 Job Quest where I am suppose to hunt 3 Fairy Slimes around Ellinel Academy. I don't have any quests from Fanzy allowing me access to Ellinel Academy, and I've checked with Grendel and Vieren and nothing is available. I've checked my available quests list and nothing. I've never had problems completing Ellinel Academy on my other characters, so I'm not sure what to do now.

Anybody have any suggestions?
