Brief bug summary: When I open my inventory I crash while using the smithing buff

More details: I have been doing hard bosses such as hard lucid and hard will and I crash the exact same way immediately after I open my inventory. The game just closes immediately after opening my inventory and gives no error message or anything of that sort. Times of crash vary from right before entering the boss or during the boss. I noticed this happens most often when I use the meister smithing buff Advanced Weapon Tempering and could potentially be the cause. Usually I don't use this buff often for bosses as it is not needed to clear weaker bosses. For the weaker bosses I never crash in this manner and I often open my inventory in order to swap gear into drop rate gear. For I hard will I use the smithing buff everytime and I crash every time by opening my inventory either during the run to use an onyx apple or prior to entering in order to double check I used all my buffs. It wasn't until I decided to use the buff in my most recent hard lucid run that I crashed the same way which leads me to suspect that it is the smithing buff. Prior to this hard lucid run I have never had this issue as I had never used the smithing buff for this boss. I am not sure if it is the smithing buff alone or the smithing buff in conjunction with other buffs such as Advanced Boss Rush, Cold Winter Energy, Monster park potions, ursus buff, guild blessing, noblesse skills, legions might, etc.

Steps to reproduce: Open inventory while having the meister smithing buff Advanced Weapon Tempering (and maybe with the listed buffs above)
