Bug type: Cash Item

Brief bug summary: The Queen's Evening Party cannot be listed in the auction house after the v199 game update.

More details: This dress has never been worn so it is fully tradeable through the cash item trade ingame.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Attempt to list the Queen's Evening Party in the Auction house
2. Receive this error:

Date and time of the incident: discovered after the v199 game update on the 4th/5th of October.
