Shadower's Meso Explosion does very low damage.

On KMS ver. 1.2.294 patch there was a bug fix of skill Meso Explosion due to the skill doing very low damage.

Meso Explosion: fixed an error where the damage dealt was lower than what was shown in the description (damage has been increased from 102% to 200%)

However, even after the v.199 patch which corresponds to KMS ver. 1.2.294, only the skill Smokescreen has changed so that phantom cannot steal the skill anymore and Meso Explosion still does lower damage than what is shown in the description.
