No visual effects for Illium and Aran's burst

I used to play this two jobs and when Illium's elder crystal reached 150 stacks or Aran reached 1000 combo , there were all flashy visual effects on the edge of the screen but when I picked up this 2 jobs again last week, I didn't see thing when the conditions fulfilled. All visual effects for this 2 jobs disappeared, also along with the notification down there when quests accomplished.

I'm not sure if that's a new change from whichever patch or it's a problem of my computer. If that's my computer's issue, does anyone know how to fix it?
