Cannot travel to New Leaf City.

Bug type: functionality
Description: since the v.200 update players are no longer able to access New Leaf City due to the map "Waiting Room(From KC to NLC)" not sending characters to the interstitial map "Inside Subway (From KC to NLC)" after the appropriate amount of time. Because of this and the fact that years ago Amoria was removed (a place where New Leaf City Return Scrolls canonically could be used to quickly get to New Leaf City) it is now impossible for anyone to get to New Leaf City without using a Hyper Teleport Rock.
