Inner Ability on Tera Burning Char

On my Tera Burning char, Dawn Warrior, lvl 145 , no inner ability has been given. the quests have not come up. I know of others on burning chars that also do not have any inner ability and they are almost 200 lvl. Please fix this.

    It changed with the new patch.
    Quote from patch notes:
    All three inner abilities now unlock when the quest is completed at level 50, so that players no longer have to worry about using Honor EXP inefficiently.
    Monsters below level 50 no longer drop Medal of Honor items.

    The quest is called something along the lines of "The Eye Opener". I did it recently on my Tera burning character so it does work.
