I never got my Twitch Raffle Prize

Back in March, I was lucky to be selected in the keyword giveaway on Maplestory's official Twitch stream. I was suppose to win a slime sketchpad. Now it is November and it still hasn't arrived yet. I don't know if I should give up since it has been half a year and it is nearing Christmas and the New Year.

Also, not to be rude or ungrateful, but I wish the prize were a Damien mousepad because notebooks aren't reusable unless notebook meant laptop.
