Bug type: Unable to progress

More details: I finished my 5th job advancement on my Mercedes and finished the quests from the temple keeper. However, when going on to the "Amnesiac Temple Keeper Kao" quest, I was not able to hand in the quest, saying that I have to complete "A Greater Power" quest, which I cannot find anywhere. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Steps to reproduce: Complete the 5th job advancement and the quests from the light bulb on the left, talk to Kao afterwards.

Character job: Mercedes

World: Windia

Date and Time: 11/22/2018 5:30pm EST

    The quest "A Greater Power" is located under the white lightbulb icon on the left-hand side of the screen. You should also be able to speak with the Memory Keeper.

    If involves killing 10 mobs without Arcane Force, and then obtaining the practice Arcane Symbol.
