They are written on the ring pieces around the huge crystal in the centre of the ceiling.
I tried to translate them as I recognised the Greek Alphebet, however it doesn't make any sense.
The closest it comes to sense is one part reading "Lowed Star Crap" phonetically. However its likely not English.
Does anyone know if they actually say something?

Maplestory often uses the Greek alphabet phonetically in place of "magic-looking" runes. Every sign in Orbis is similarly spelled with Greek (for example, the platform signs say "ΠΛΑΤΦΟΡΜ": Pi, Lambda, Alpha, Tau, Phi, Omicron, Rho, Mu, I.E. "platform").

But as far as the ring saying anything, it doesn't look likely. One part of the ring looks to say "Ηλαρψ νδ"->Eta, Lambda, Alpha, Rho, Psi, Nu, Delta->"Hlarps nd"

Likely it's based on an existing real-world language but is, in practice, little more than gibberish.
