wtf i can't reactivate my account

HELP ME, whenever i try to reactivate my account it keeps looping. like i enter my email address, enter the given code, enter the password it says "success" and redirects me to log in. then it repeats itself. the account never gets activated and customer support is always offline. can you do something? im getting irritated.
