I didn't get my Maple Alliance Rewards even though I did the quest, can anyone help?

    We cannot see files on your computer. You have to upload the image to a file hosting website first, such as Imgur or TinyPic, then copy the image URL.

    Additionally, you would need to clarify what event you're talking about.
    The Gathering of Heroes boxes had a very specific restriction where you had to have logged in between November 14, 2018 (after maintenance) and November 27, 2018 11:59 PM UTC on the same world where the [Black Mage] Destiny Awaits questline was completed, and the rewards can only be collected once per account.
