Game freezes at Wizet screen.

whenever I load up my game, it simply freezes at the Wizet screen. I have reinstalled the game, launcher, tried both steam and the Nexon launcher as well as adjusting the regedit SoScreen value like people have suggested, but I'm not getting anywhere, can anyone help? The game has only worked twice in about 60+ tries.
