So I got an update for MS today (12/14/2018), It said it was a 102 mb update. Then proceeded to download 27.5 mb of it, then decided it wanted to reinstall the entire game (all 13.8 gb of it)! Anyone know of a fix for this?

The update started with a DL speed of 30 mbps then switched to the reinstallation of the game @ 250 kbps.
