Game crashes after login

I just can not play the game on this computer I have.

the game launches normally, with me being able to select server, channel, character and input my PIN. The problem is that when the game launches after the PIN, the screen goes black and the game crashes.

I have already tried to repair the installation with no success. Any help will be much appreciated.
