Kinesis new 5th job skill partly doesn't work

After the unscheduled maintenance Kinesis's new 5th job skill Ultimate - Psychic Shockwave is bugged. The very end of the skill known as the black hole no longer damages enemies, you can see the damage but their hp bar is still full even a snail can survive and as a result the skill also no longer recovers PP as intended.

    Never mind the Problem seems to have resolved itself, no idea what caused it however.
