    We cannot help you with a ban appeal on the forums.

    You can try contacting Live Chat about your issue according to the Live Chat hours, but there are no chat hours tomorrow or on Christmas, so you'd have to wait until the 26th at the earliest to contact them regarding the ban appeal.
