Add drop rate +100% to rune effect

Why both EXP and drop decrease when not affect a rune but only EXP add while a rune is affected.Can you add drop +100% into the rune buff?

    We already have a "Rune of Greed" which increases meso rate, why not just place drop rate on that one?
