Maple Achievements not progressing

I have had a problem with certain achievements, namely the Field Battle Achievements called "Who's The Boss Here22?" and "Hunting Season is Open!", unless I am misinformed.

"Who's The Boss Here?" is described as "eliminate 1 field boss of each type" and lists the bosses. I have personally defeated Mano in the path to Lith Harbor, Stumpy in Rocky Road, and Dyle in Kerning Swamp(twice) and yet they have not been claimed as "clear" in the achievement, I am still at 0%.

Likewise, "Hunting Season is Open!" says SPECIFICALLY "Hunt 10,000 monsters near your level." I have done this a zillion times and yet the game did not acknowledge it, it is still at 0%.

I am not angry, just confused. Should these achievements not be updated? I know there is an option to update the list in towns, but I have tried updating it and nothing happens. Please look into this in your next maintenance period. Thank you for reading this gripe.

    Certain achievements relating to killing numbers of monsters, achieving certain combo counts, and earning mesos were limited, as they were causing lag which would have interfered with the Black Mage event.

    To increase game server performance, checking counts for some achievements will be temporarily limited.
    Achievement related to Combo Kill
    Achievement related to mesos earned
    Achievement related to obtaining rings
    Achievement related to defeating monsters

    I would imagine "defeat 10,000 monsters" was one of the achievements restricted for this reason.
