Can I change my 12 stars ab into 17 stars？

For learning issues,I left about half a year,now I m back.You know,I did the relay event last year and got the 12 stars absolab weapon.However, this time's event gives 17 stars ab.I'm wondering if nexon can change mine into 17 stars,cz no time for me to do present event.

    Nexon has events so that people play the game. If you don't have time to play the game, you don't benefit from the event.
    It's as simple as that. Otherwise we'd just be playing a game that had a bunch of checkboxes that asked what power level you wanted to be.
