STUCK IN NLC

Hey everyone, my character xCnowiex is literally stuck in New Leaf City. I took the subway from kearning city to NLC and the subway back isn;t working. Ive purchased at least 5 tickets back now and the subway never leaves. I've logged out, logged back in etc. Someone please HELP? I'm only level 43.
