Legion Shop Update

Some suggestions to improve/update the legion shop:

1. Use the account wide purchase limits technology to remove the need for character swapping. We saw this used in the current event shop for black mage update.
Example: we can currently buy 3 MCC per character and move them in the storage, or 3 red flames per character and move a tradable item through the storage to flame them. It would be less cumbersome to allow us to simply have a weekly purchase limit of 3x46 (at least for account tradable items like MCC).

2. Add additional upgrade opportunities to the legion shop. My idea here would be EITHER to add meister cubes and rainbow flames directly for purchase with coins OR add chaos cubic blades and purple unrelenting flames that we would be able to use for crafting meister/rainbow flames respectively. Appropriate purchase limits and coin costs would be needed.

3. There's an update coming that makes legion coins locked to your world so you don't need to worry about where the coins are - this is great!
