Stop Auto-Banning people falsely in reboot

This is extremely frustrating. Telefarming has been a regular thing in reboot in order for players to progress to end game. A number of people I know happened to lag while running this and got auto-banned. People are losing valuable event time and daily quests and all this is doing is driving players away.
