Need help about crafting android

To craft android you need level 4 and really need one of those (cause they look cool and I am lonely so I want an "non-realistic" friend) so I went to the crafting town, go to smithing and I am level 4 in that and it said "This recipe cannot be used". I don't know why it said that so I need help. Xenon job on Reboot

    You might already know the recipe. Some recipes still seem to drop items when they're already given to you for free.
    Alternatively, are you standing next to the smithy spot?
    Do you have all the items? Run a checklist to see if anything is off.
