Wrongly labeled Sengoku weapon recipes

Brief Bug Summary: The recipe for the Sengoku crossbow and BT scepter state different names of weapons they're used for:

Piercing Insight Recipe is for the Mind Expansion Bow (tho the crossbow's name is awful..)

..and Scepter Recipe is for the Spirit Pole.
