I bougth 30.000 nx credit, but i really want to get prepaid nx, so I send a tiket to get the refund, and GM discounted the NS from my account, but the period to 1-5 days passed and i dont get my refunds, by the way, i cant to send new tikets the web site dont make to send it. i need support, thnks.
