Increase Active Link Skill Cap

Please increase the maximum number of link skills allowed to be applied to a character at a time. We are constantly getting new classes but the cap has remained at 12 link skills for years. Thank you.

    Even if it was only increased to 14, it would open up a whole lot more possibility

    Also either add an extra slot to explorers (making their link skill basically being able to pick another link skill) or give them their own link skill.
