DC when using a Black Flame on a Scarlet Shoulder

Bug type: Gameplay, Equip Enhancement Item

Brief bug summary: Using a black flame on any item will DC you AFTER you pick your option, however using a black flame on a scarlet shoulder will instantly DC you BEFORE you are able to pick the flame option.

I was really hoping this to be fixed with the new patch (The black flame DC in general)

This probebly happens because scarlet shoulder is the only shoulder that can have a flame
